At Catchglow, every item is made-to-order to ensure fresh production, high-quality printing, and intentional craftsmanship. Our shipping process is designed to be reliable, transparent, and easy to understand.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

United States

International shipping is not available at this time. We look forward to expanding our reach as Catchglow grows.

Order Processing Time

Because each item is produced on demand:

Standard production time: 2–3 business days
High-volume periods (holidays, promotions): Production may extend by an additional 1–3 business days

Once production is complete, your order will be handed off to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

After production:

United States: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen transit interruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Carrier rates
Package weight
Delivery distance

Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located:

Check with neighbors or household members
Confirm the shipping address
Contact the carrier to open a claim

Catchglow is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. We are happy to provide documentation to support your carrier claim.

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend shipping to a secure location.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders cannot be modified once submitted. Catchglow is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
